Roll out wheel with internally zinc plated chuck , external hub and chuck are then masked and powdercoated with silver vane hammertone and then clear coat. Chuck has to be machine clearanced for the zinc coating or it wont work properly. This involves shipping the chuck 2 times and lots of painstaking masking and additional labor and additional cost but makes for a very durable long lasting great looking chuck, dingleberries don't stick to the zinc jaws easily and it stays looking great for a long time even in the weather. It's how I've always done my personal chucks. It takes a lot to do it but pays off over the long haul.
